Here are some essential pregnancy self-care tips for every trimester. 

1. Prioritize Rest and Relaxation 

Sleep is crucial during pregnancy, as it helps your body recharge and supports fetal growth. Aim for 7-9 hours of sleep each night and try short naps if needed. Incorporating relaxation techniques like deep breathing, prenatal yoga, or meditation can help reduce stress and improve sleep quality. 

2. Stay Active with Gentle Exercises 

Gentle exercise is beneficial for mood, energy, and physical strength. Walking, swimming, and prenatal yoga are all safe options, helping to reduce discomforts like back pain and swelling.
